We regret to inform our members and fellow retirees of the passing of Lifetime TPD Retirees Member Ret. Sgt. Vincent A. "Vinny" Rapacciuolo, on February 16th, at the age of 91 years after a long illness.
May He Rest in Peace
Vinnny was appointed to the Transit Police on July 6, 1964and retired December 31, 1994. He had been working in Headquarters for many years. He had been the former President of the Transit Police Columbia Association and was on the board of the Long Island Shields.
